"My husband and I are first time home buyers and Mr. Sébastien L'Archevêque was very attentive to any concerns we pointed out during the inspection. He answered all of our questions as well. He was also kind and nice. As well, the report was extremely detailed. It contained pictures of every concern and recommendations on what to do. We were also provided a binder with suggestions and tools if we wish to renovate or for general house maintenance. I have only seen an inspection done once before but I can definitely tell they take the time to inspect carefully. The lady on the phone was super nice as well.
