"Pantelis is a rare gem. I contacted him for a pre-purchase condo inspection. We were able to schedule something in just a few days and from the moment I arrived, I knew I was in good hands. Pantelis had arrived early and already begun inspecting the outside and foundation. He came prepared with all sorts of gear including a drone and thermal camera.
