2. Informational Directory Purpose
BestHomeInspectors.ca is an independent public information directory. We do not perform physical home inspections, nor do we employ home inspectors directly. All inspection agreements, pricing, contracts, and warranty representations are negotiated directly between the consumer and the individual service provider.
3. Independent Verification Recommended
While we strive to ensure all listings, client reviews, and regulatory standards are accurate and up to date, users are encouraged to independently verify an inspector's provincial license status, insurance coverage (E&O and General Liability), and association memberships (e.g., CAHPI, HIO, AIBQ, Consumer Protection BC) prior to entering into a binding contract.
4. Intellectual Property & Fair Use
The layout, compilation, design, editorial reviews, and original code of BestHomeInspectors.ca are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks, company names, and logos referenced belong to their respective owners.
5. Limitation of Liability
BestHomeInspectors.ca shall not be liable for any damages, disputes, financial losses, or inspection report discrepancies arising from services contracted with independent third-party inspectors found through this directory.
