"We ordered an inspection for a condo in Quebec and we found this company on Google and chose it based on the good reviews. I sent an email asking for specific areas from the condo to be verified during the inspection since we could not be present (being from other province). Our realtor was present in the inspection day. The inspection took around 35-40 min, we thought it will take longer. Our realtor thought also that the inspection was too short. The received report after 2 days was very superficial, it was the weakest inspection report we ever had, no general conclusions, no points about the building, a lot of photos from condo without any remarks/ explanations, showing only 3-4 items to be reviewed, nothing about the infrared/thermographic inspections (no photos). There were only 12 pages with info about condo from a total of 19 pages. There were no indications on the report about the points we wanted to be verified. We only got brief answers to each point only after I emailed for more info. This was the highest price paid among all the inspections we had including ones had in Quebec some years ago (the last inspection report from Quebec had almost 100 pages and it was very detailed and we paid less). IMO, this inspection was not professional and we will not recommend this company. I am a bit frustrated for my lost money."
