"Purchased a mini home and paid extra for the mini home inspection. Noticed the home was not level back in December. Did my research on photos that were done at the time of inspection a few months prior, you can see where the home is off and the joist is off. This should have been brought to my attention at the time by the inspector, I paid a lot of money, in his report. It wasn't until I had plumbing issues that this was brought to my attention by my plumber. However, this was not the only issue!! My home also had no dryer vent to the outside. He did not even bother to check behind the dryer or under the home to look. Many many other things were missed as well, but these are the top two! I asked for a refund to help with covering all the costs that our going to be incurred because we bought our place being told it was in great shape by the inspector. I never heard back from Ryan, I did get an email pretty much not claiming any responsibility even when shown the photo that he himself took."
