The given report was quite detailed with photos, videos, and evaluations for each area of the home around degree of attention needed. While we could not go every where in the home (attic, for example), together we did look at most places in the home that were assessed, all of which helped enormously towards the plan for purchasing the residence...or not! "2nd time I've used Blake now and he is extremely thorough, more than others I've seen. I also appreciate how he doesn't blow smoke up your ass as say it's fine if it isn't, he will tell you straight up which is appreciated. And he actually gives you time and will show you things in person if you want so you can see it with your own eyes but does have detailed pictures and heatmaps of everything you need in the report you go over with him. The report he gives you is nicely laid out and easy to read and see with detailed write ups about everything. I will use him again in the future if needed and I've been telling my friends to as well."
