The inspection was very thorough and we looked at everything visible, or visible through technology. He addressed my concerns from my initial viewing and explained the workings of systems I didn't know much about. I now know how to check and perform routine maintenance on certain items. The finished report was detailed and will form the basis for performing identified repairs and upgrades in a schedule that is manageable.
