"Things that were missed on my inspection, 13 outlets that were wired incorrectly, I checked with circuit tester and found black wire on white feed and white wire on black feed reversed inspector did find one in upstairs bathroom, venting pipe for the plumbing was 1.5 inch pipe which froze in the cold weather had my plumber come by and increase vent pipe size to current code which took care of issue. Vent pipe is visible as it goes through the side gable not up the steel roof, water in crawl space, leaking shower drain which is in the crawl space which is where most of the water leaked, crawl space is about 3 feet height so most likely did not enter crawl space. He did take a pic of opening into the crawl space. Did not go into the attic but did take pics from the trap doors leading into the attics. Ice dams in winter due to lack of insulation. All issues resolved after the inspection which became present after the fact and maybe could of been pointed out before the purchase. I am not saying Jim is awful just maybe should of taken a bit more of an effort to check things out for the cost paid, I see many good reviews maybe just an off day in my case."
