"We hired Peter for a pre-purchase inspection and he exceeded every expectation. He adjusted his schedule to fit our timeline, which we genuinely appreciated. The inspection itself ran an hour longer than planned because he refused to rush, and that thoroughness paid off. He spotted a serious issue that previous inspection of the property had missed entirely, flagged it carefully, and recommended we get specialized testing rather than rely on his initial read. "Peter arrived at the location and was extremely polite and professional. He explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions I had. Peter inspected the house as well as the septic tank which alot of home inspectors don't do so that was amazing. The inspection took longer than others and total cost of the inspections was a little more than however he checked absolutely everything and was incredibly thorough with amazing attention to detail. If you can afford the little bit of extra time and cost I would recommend Peter without question. Well worth the time and money."
