"Kelly was recommended as an inspector for the home I was purchasing. When I spoke to him on the phone he was very professional and extremely easy to talk to. He answered my questions about the scope of his work and how long it would take. When he arrived for the inspection he was early and got right to work before I arrived. Throughout the detailed inspection he addressed a few concerns that I had (he was already aware of the issues). That was quite impressive. He gave me a quick overview before we left the sight and the full detailed report with annotated pictures arrived a few hours later.
