"Extremely easy to book. Clear and ongoing communication from Nancy from time of booking to time of inspection which was within 4 days. Ours was a little different in that we have an aging parent who resides in his own home and has been ruminating over what needs to be done (rather than a pre-listing inspection). Dad always took pride in his home maintenance and he is no longer able to do what he used to due to mobility issues. Dad is 88 and what he used to be able to do has been at the forefront of his mind worried that things are in disrepair (which we now know the home is in great condition). Nancy spent time at the end of her inspection to go over her findings and answering any questions without hesitation. This has let us all, especially Dad, feel reassured with a clear direction of what needs to be accomplished. To top it all off the report came through within two hours of the inspection. "Nancy was our home inspector in April 2026. For context, my partner and I were first-time home buyers with *zero* experience keeping and maintaining a house, so we had no idea what to expect. Overall, the inspection was quite exciting! Nancy was fantastic. She was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough.
