"Exceptional service, highly detailed work and he explained every step of the inspection process. Lyall was able to answer all of our questions and mitigate any of the concerns that we had. He also made himself available on short notice despite his busy and otherwise full schedule. Other inspectors wouldn't even entertain the idea. We received an extensive inspection report with references, explanations and diagrams outlining all aspects of the inspection and what maintenance would need to be done and how.
