"I called Mark on a whim for a really odd job. One of my cats likes to go into the rafters of our basement, but always comes out for food. This time she didn’t come out and it had been a couple hours and she wasn’t visible in her spot like she usually is. Fearing the worst— either she got hurt or got stuck— I called TrueView and explained what happened and asked if thermal imaging could help find her.
