"Very thorough home inspection! Brejesh at Stinger Home Inspection did a really thorough job and documented all major and minor issues identified during the home inspection. He was really patient with my partner and I to explain all the details and how to fix and repair any and everything that needs maintenance and repairs. Explained which items are strata responsibility vs. Homeowner responsibility. This made it easier to decide if we wanted to go thru with the house purchase knowing what kind of issues needed immediate or future repairs. After the inspection, a detailed summary and report was emailed to us for our reference.
