"Angelo was very responsive to all our questions. He did a thorough inspection of the common areas to which he had access. The condo unit itself was also inspected and some flags were provided (eg water shutoff valve location not found) and suggested to ask the current owners which I did through our agent. The agent was surprised that Angelo did not ask the agents present. Regardless, Angelo was working for us (buyers) and he reported it to us and provided suggestions for us to follow up on. He provided a thorough report with pictures and details. His turnaround time was very quick. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his company in the future."

"We recently had our home inspection done and I just had to write this because it was honestly such a great experience. The home we’re buying was built in 1948, so we knew there would be quirks… but he went through everything so carefully and thoroughly, it gave us a lot of peace of mind. You can tell he’s done this a long time. Nothing was rushed and nothing was brushed off. What I really appreciated was how patient he was. He took the time to explain things as we went, answered all of our questions (even the probably silly ones), and made sure we actually understood what we were looking at. At one point I think we spent ten minutes just talking about one section of the house and he never made us feel like we were slowing him down. Also, he somehow managed to make the process enjoyable which I didn’t think was possible for a home inspection. He had a great sense of humor and kept things light, even when pointing out the “character” of a 1948 home. The report was incredibly detailed with lots of photos and clear notes, which made everything easy to follow afterward. Overall just a really solid, honest, and thorough inspector.
