"Gary missed a important part while doing home inspection: poly-b plumbing. We never wanted to buy a home with Poly-b. I understand people can make mistakes, other than that he did a good job. But I think reason we hired him was to find such things. He pointed that all out the outlets are copper pipe so he assumed that the internal would also be copper. One more thing to note that the Poly-b pipe was was full visibility, not hidden by anything. When I pointed that to him, he began giving excuses that some other plumber might have made that hole in the wall and discovered the pipe later. Another excuse he gave was, as the Poly-b was only little bit visible ( from 4x4 hole in wall next to washing machine), only that place we are using Poly-b, rest other is copper. Even that proved wrong when we check other places. I never wanted to write this review, his excuses made me write this. EDIT: Yes, he did offer to return my money. But after coming home, he started to negotiate on that too. Anyways, I didn't wanted his money back, as it would have not fixed the damage already caused."
