"This is our first experience with purchasing a house and having a home inspection done. Our realtor recommended Fred, from Mi Casa Home Inspections. I can't say enough how impressed we were with Fred and his professional, friendly and caring attitude. Fred spend 3 hours going over our 3 BR, 3 Bath, 2 story with crawlspace home. He had already been up on the roof and had it inspected by the time we arrived! It was told to us that we would have the inspection report by email later that evening, but when we asked a quick question, he immediately went into showing us on his tablet, and explained each issue he found. When we received the inspection report, I was impressed as to the way it was written out, and how it displayed the colour coding for the severity of the issue. Blue arrows showed an issue, but was not a safety hazard, where red arrows showed safety, code, or possible future issues. This made it very easy to understand. I was very impressed with his presentation, especially his knowledge of so many different issues that could be found or inspected in a home. I would not hesitate to recommend Fred to anyone needing his services. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends, and hire him again should the need arise!
