"I contacted Daniel to do a home inspection on a '70s house that I was hoping to purchase. He sent his inspector Mike who did a fantastic job while going through the house. I feel like he went above and beyond. He created a report that was over 100 pages covering every aspect of the house from electrical to plumbing to exterior etc. And was very candid and educated on the issues and had some great advice for what was common for A House of this age. The detailed report allowed us to present the findings to the seller which resulted in us securing a lower purchase price. We also were able to get a rental loan to cover a number of renovations and so I contacted Daniel again and Mike came out to confirm the completion of those renovations and once again did a fantastic job detailing every change that we'd made all of the updates and presenting it in a very clean and organized report which we were then able to present to our mortgage lender who released the funds.
