"If you're a new (first-time)home buyer, especially for condo's, townhouses - my suggestion would be to go elsewhere. I want a company that will actually go through the place THOROUGHLY, not skim over everything just because it's a condo/townhouse. In the end we just definitely don't feel like we got what we paid for and wish we went with someone else. When you send an email with things missed , expressing your concerns - they will just disagree with you entirely (just like they do to reviews here).
