"They are a very professional and thorough team. Both were excellent at explaining the inspection report. We liked how they would highlight "needs immediate attention" vs. general maintenance issues. When inspecting the property they would divide and conquer and then they both gave a verbal report to us afterwards as well as the written report. The photos they included also highlighted what they meant. Very easy to follow and it helped guide us with what we needed to address when we bought the property. We have used other inspectors in the past but these guys are very thorough and efficient."
