The first home he inspected for us was a brand-new build. Like most people, I thought there wouldn't be much to find because the house was brand new. I was wrong. Janek was incredibly thorough and found things I didn't even know to look for. He inspected everything from top to bottom, including the roof. He even uses a drone to check areas that are difficult to see and was able to identify things as detailed as unsealed nails on the roof and yes, he used a drone on the roof so we are all looking up amazed :) When we found another property, a 50-year-old house this time, I didn't hesitate to contact him again. He spent almost three hours inspecting the home and went through every corner, every crack, and even climbed into the attic to make sure nothing was missed.
