"I hired this inspector through my realtor for a full‑home inspection, expecting a professional assessment of the plumbing, furnace, and hot‑water systems. The inspection was incomplete, and the main issue — extremely low water flow at the kitchen sink that prevented my tankless water heater from activating — was never diagnosed. When I raised concerns, he dismissed the oversight, blamed me, and responded with mocking comments, emojis, and repeated statements about his credentials instead of addressing the problem. After I told him the matter was closed and asked him not to contact me again, he continued messaging with condescending remarks. Because of the inadequate inspection and unprofessional communication, I am asking the BBB to review his conduct (evaluate the behavior and communication he displayed) and document it (add this complaint to his official BBB business record so patterns of misconduct are tracked and visible to future customers)."
