"We used Tempest Inspections for our recent home purchase. They were easy to contact and work with on a quick turn around for an inspection. When we all arrived at the location they took time to explain what they were going to do and asked if we had any questions or concerns. Once they started the inspection they were very thorough and detailed. Several times they noted something that they felt needed further investigation and either made note to come back to it or went out of their way to look deeper into their concern. They also took time to explain that they were seeing and explained any mitigation that might need to be done. We also asked for a sewer scoop since this house was in an older treed neighbourhood. That was really thorough and they took to the time to explain the materials they saw while doing the scope. Overall we were really happy with the experience and we were able to move ahead with our home purchases with a very clear understanding of what work we’d need to put into the home immediately and what we’d need to work on down the road.
